IMAGE is a Department of Homeland Security program that allows private sector businesses to partner with ICE to eliminate illegal employment and the use of fraudulent identity documents. When an organization pursues IMAGE membership, the agency provides education and training on enhanced hiring procedures, including employment screening tools such as E-Verify and the Social Security Verification Services. The organization must also undergo an extensive audit of its I-9 forms to ensure all current employees are eligible to work in the United States.

In 2011, Mulligan Security was also recognized as the first security firm in the tri-state area to receive the Support Anti-Terrorism by Fostering Effective Technologies Act of 2002 (the SAFETY Act) designation from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for both Security and Fire & Life Safety Services in the States of New York and New Jersey.
