Client: Fortune 500 World Class International Commercial Real Estate Management Company

A critical, time-sensitive issue compelled a real estate management firm to contact Mulligan Security for a variety of consulting services. First, the client wished to conduct an internal fire and life safety review of one of their landmark buildings in Midtown Manhattan. Mulligan Security was retained to assess the client’s existing security program, established and maintained by a top-three national security guard company. Mulligan Security was hired to conduct a high level investigation and long term surveillance on several high profile individuals who unfortunately were well known to the public due to extensive televised and print media coverage. The individuals were living in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state area at the time. Mulligan was able to place two undercover operatives in a New York City business the individuals frequented on a daily basis in order to assist their surveillance teams and gather the pertinent information the client had requested Mulligan Security to obtain and record.

A New York City headquartered best in class property Management Company contracted Mulligan Security on a Sunday evening requesting that a security force consisting of the combination of seventy five security officers and off duty police officers report to their world headquarters in New York City the next morning at 4 a.m. in preparation for a possible labor union issue.

As a result of Mulligan’s can do attitude and the fact they met the client’s manpower request this unexpected but much appreciated business opportunity led to a long term client business retainer agreement between Mulligan Security and the client that is still in existence today.

Client: CEO Headquartered in New York City

Service: Executive Security Services

The Chief of Staff to an influential and wealthy (but very low key) CEO in the United States contacted Mulligan Security to provide executive security services. The CEO did not have full time executive security services in place and from time to time would utilize security staff from the security company assigned to his building. The CEO was concerned for the well being of his daughter who was attending an Ivy League University in Connecticut because of negative press focusing on recent “stock market reports.”  The CEO expressed further concern that he and his family might possibly draw unwanted attention and be targeted in a negative manner during their daily routines (work, school, charity work, evening functions, etc.) due to the fact he had previously been the president and COO at a global Wall Street investment firm. This Wall Street firm was also receiving negative publicity on a daily basis from the media because of their involvement in similar “stock market reports.”

Mulligan Security met with the CEO and his wife at their residence in Manhattan. An assessment was conducted regarding all the facts and circumstances relating to the safety and security of the CEO and his family (as well as other company departments and executives). Members of the Mulligan Security strategic security services team traveled to the daughter’s University and interviewed the University Chief of Police along with local and state law enforcement officials. The CEO now utilizes Mulligan Security for all of his executive protection needs. A security threat – at risk analysis system was put into place for the CEO, his family and his company’s executives covering all threats and methods of compromise that are known, anticipated, preventable and often directed at other high risk individuals in similar positions of risk and exposure. The risk analysis system in place for this Service Study ensures that all client concerns are being addressed in a very discreet and non invasive manner and reviewed on a case by case basis.
